Brief introduction:

P100 reinforced type filling masterbatch granules is one kind of HDPE or PP hollow vessels (large pad board of warehouse, plastic bottles, plastic drums, etc.) and extrusion of HDPE or PPR pipes.It is made of special activated extra-micro-fine calcium carbonate, Plastic resin and Dispersant in mix granulation method, with good dispersion, smooth surface, printing capacity, and excellent stiffness, welding and composite bonding properties. It offers no bad effects to the performance of materials.

Main ingredients:

1.Plastic resin; 2. extra-micro-fine calcium carbonate (size D50≤2.0Micron, processed by special coupling agent); 3. high molecule material additives

Technical parameters:

1. Appearance: Φ3×1.5~2.5mm, Bonded particles less than 1.0%; 2. Color: white; 3. Moisture (Determination of thermogravimetry: 105°C/10min):  less than 1.0‰; 4. MI (190°C/5kg/10min): 0.8~2.0.
